Lauren is patient – I’ve changed my reservation twice due to Disney adding a sale and to adding more family members to my trip. She’s proactive in that I received an email before the new rates came out. When my original resort didn’t offer a better rate, Lauren sent me several quotes from other resorts from which to choose. Ya know we think Zip Travel Co. as Disney / Orlando only. I decided to not go to RunDisney princess and go to Rock nRoll Vegas the same weekend instead. I asked to find me a room that was clean , safe and a reasonable price. I don’t need all of the bells and whistles. Also close to the finishline of the half marathon. Within an hour I got 4 options. All comfortable price points. I picked one but I wanted my roommates input so I told her the 4 choices and said hey what one do you like? She also picked the same one …. Flamingo Las Vegas! Let me tell you the Flamingo staff has been amazing. I got a lovely comp upgrade and free early check in. The room is beautiful with a super comfortable bed. What a wonderful way to spend a much needed vacation. THANK YOU!
